摘要
介绍了一种应用电涡流传感器非接触测量有色金属箔材厚度的方法,并应用8031单片计算机实现了对测试系统的自动控制及误差补偿。该仪器具有无损检测,能适应恶劣环境等特点,测量精度小于5%。
A non-contact thickness gauge for nonferrous sheet metals by eddy current transducers is developed. By making good use of Intel 8031 single chip microcomputer, the device has the features of automatic control and error compensation, nondestructive testing,and high anti-interfering. Measurement accuracy is lower than 5%.
