养殖大黄鱼细菌性疾病的病原研究

Studies on the Pathogenic Bacteria Diseases of Cultured Pseudosciaena crocea

从患病大黄鱼体内分离到二株病原菌,经人工感染试验及菌种鉴定研究,认为致病菌为溶藻弧菌Vibrio algi-nolyticus。药敏实验结果表明:磺胺+TMP、氯霉素、环丙沙星、呋喃妥因等对致病菌有较强的抑制作用。

Two strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the cultured Pseudosciaena crocea that suf-fered diseased.They were proved to b e Vibrio alginolyticus by artificial infection and indenti fication.Sulfarme-hoxazole /Trimethoprim,Chloramph enicol,Ciprofloxacin,Nitrofuran toinum are effective in preventing t he growth of the pathogenic bacteria.
