摘要
利用硅晶体的各向异性腐蚀特性,制备了良好的八条硅V形槽列阵,从而实现了单根多模光纤耦合,每介面损耗小于0.25dB。该V形槽可适用于多芯光缆连接,有广泛的应用前景。
Using silicon crystal's anisotropy corrosion character,the arrays silicon V-grooves (eight) are fabricated and the loss of multimode optical fiber attaining less than 0.25dB per single interface. The arrays silicon V-grooves are applicable for multicore optical fiberconnection, and have wide applying prospects.
