三峡库区大型滑坡治理的稳定性安全系数问题

QUESTIONS IN STABILITY FACTOR ON CONTROL OF LARGE SCALE LANDSLIDES OF THE THREE - GORGES RESERVOIR REGION

在滑坡治理工程设计中,滑坡稳定性安全系数的取值决定着治理方案的选择。本文对滑坡稳定安全系数进行了多方面的分析,认为在目前三峡库区大型滑坡治理工程设计中所采用的稳定安全系数值偏大,同时还认为对不同的滑坡,不宜规定采用统一的稳定安全系数值,而应根据滑坡的具体情况来采用,而且规模大的滑坡的稳定安全系数值应适当地小一些才较为合理。

In the design of landslide control project, the choosing of the value of stability factor of landslide decides the choosing of control scheme. Stability factor of landslide is analyzed from many aspects in this paper. It's considered that the value of presently-chosen stability factor is higher in the design of large scale landslide control project in the Three Gorges reservoir regoin. And for diffirent landslides, the value of stability factor ought not to be uniform but to be chosen according to the specific condition of the landslides. Its reasonable that the value of stability factor for landslides should be adequately low.
