This paper introduces at greater length the deformation laws of the rock foundation of Gezhouba Project and their influencing factors, comparison of the monitoring values with the values obtained from finite element analysis. Also, this paper describes the dislocation of the weak interbeds and creep deformation, back analysis of the rock foundation parameters of the project.
