论战争的"起源"与"根源

On the"Origin"and"Root"of War

战争的起源问题即是战争"何时发生"这个"时间问题",战争的根源问题则是战争"为什么发生"这个"原因问题"。普遍意义上的战争起源于原始社会而不是阶级社会,这既符合马恩的经典论述,也与史实相吻合;不同利益集团间的利益冲突是超越社会形态、超越时空的战争的共同根源;依据社会形态演进的纵向层次分析和战争根源内容的横向层次分析,参照经济发展史,人类历史上的战争在"穷人对富人"和"富人对穷人"之间经历了四次大的转换。然而,战争并不是经济利益冲突的必然趋势,因为随着人类文明的进步,和平解决利益冲突的可能性会越来越大,因此,人类战争的演变不会出现第五次大转换。

The origin of war refers in the article to the question of when war comes about,i e a matter of time.By the root of war it is meant why war breaks out,i e a question of cause.War in the general sense originates in the primitive society,not in the class society,an argument not only in line with classical expositions of Marxism,but also tallying with the historical fact that conflicts of diffcrent interests between different groups of interests are the common root of war,which goes beyond the social form,and space and time in addition.According to the vertical analysis of the evolution of the social form and the horizontal analysis of the content of the root of war,and with reference to the history of economic development,mans history has seen major transformations of war four times between'the poor versu the rich'and'the rich versus the poor'.However,war is not the inevitabe trend of the conflict of economic interests,for the progress in mans civilization is sure to result in greater possibility of peaceful solution of the conflict of interests.So,there will not be the fifth transformation in evolution of mans war.
