摘要
强调指出长江沿岸地区是我国本世纪末或更长时期内重点开发的地区之一,论述了建设长江经济带的必要性和长江流域的资源秉赋,提出了建设长江经济带的基本构想以及应采取的战略措施。
In this paper it is stressed that the area along the Yangtze River is one of theimportant areas to be developed of our country to the end of this century or in longerperiod.The necessity of constructing the economic zone of the Yangtze River andthe condition of resources in the Yangtze valley are discussed.A basis design of const-ructing the economic zone of the Yangtze River and some strategic measures whichshould be taken are proposed.
