摘要
在分析宁波经济和社会发展现状的基础上,指出了影响宁波市可持续发展能力的不利因素。提出了利用计算机和网络集成等现代信息技术,开创资源开发、环境保护以及人才和技术有效利用的宁波市经济发展新局面的思路,找到了促进宁波市社会经济可持续发展的新的生长点。
On the basis of analyzing Ningbo's economy and social development current situation, the paper points out the unfavorable factor influencing sustainable development of Ningbo. It puts forward that Ningbo should start resource develop, environmental protection, talent and technology effectively utilization by utilizing modern information technology such as computer and network integrate etc. Then the paper finds the new growing point, which promotes social economic sustainable development of Ningbo.
