Firms are faced with web customers, the new consumption group, in web marketing through Internet technology. Only by fully appreciate their consumption psychology and features, can firms truly carry out customer-oriented marketing strategy, achieve two-way communication between marketers and web customers, thus effectively providing varied, convenient, speedy, preferential and super value marketing services and advance the vigorous development of web marketing.
