摘要
为了保证电铁保护装置能够发挥应有的作用,提高继电保护的运行管理水平,根据对哈大电气化铁路供电系统的运行方式,分析了由此产生的负序和谐波分量,以及对电网220kV系统的影响情况。针对按技术条件配置并通过动模试验的两种电铁保护装置制定了以快速切除电铁线路各种故障,严格保证220kV主系统的运行安全为主旨的整定计算原则,并给出了计算实例。
Based on the power supply system's operating mode of Ha-Da electrified railway,the negative sequence and harmonic component resulted from it are analyzed to ensure the functions of relay device and enhance its operation management level.Furthermore,their influences on220kV power system are presented.The setting calculation principles for two types of protection relay,which are configured according to technical conditions and tested by dynamic simulation,are intro-duced.It ensures the quick removing of various faults occurred in electrified railway line and the operating safety of220kV system.An example is given.
