摘要
分析了220kV黄芳甲乙线近两年几次特殊重合闸拒动事故的原因,指出是由于WXB-11,WXB-15型保护重合闸插件的选相元件误选相所致。该类型保护重合闸插件在特殊重合闸方式下,当线路发生单相大短路电流故障时,选相元件容易发生误选相。对解决的措施进行了探讨,提出根据本地区的电网实际情况将重合闸插件的零序补偿系数定值设置为零的改进方法。
Several re-closure failures in special re-closure mode are analyzed,which occurred recently in220kV Huangfang line because the wrong phase was selected by the phase-selection element of re-closer module in WXB-11and WXB-15protections.It is pointed out that such kind of fault happens in special re-closure mode when single-phase big S/C current occurs on line.Its counter-measures are discussed and it is suggested that the zero-sequence current compensating coefficient of the re-closure element be set to zero according to the real conditions of local electric power network.
