Integration and Development Technology of BMS

以某一智能化办公大厦的建筑设备监控系统为对象 ,提出嵌入式第三方集成技术 ,采用组态软件建立了BMS系统集成平台 ,利用大厦Intranet建立系统集成管理网络 ,建立了基于Intranet的系统集成模型 ,有效实现了对楼宇自动化子系统、柴油发电机子系统、三表 (水、电、冷气 )远抄子系统、综合安保门禁子系统、停车场管理子系统的综合集成管理。经实际工程实践与应用 ,嵌入式第三方集成技术具有通用性强、开发费用低的特点 ,可提高建筑智能化系统的综合管理能力 ,具备推广应用的优势。

Using a certain facility monitoring/management system for intelligent office buildings as an example, the third party plug in integration technology was demonstrated. The system is based on BMS system integration platform that is created using component based software. By establishing an integrated management network and a system integration model based on the in building intranet, the system efficiently controls the building’s automation subsystem, diesel dynamotor subsystem, remote excerption (water, electricity and air conditioning) subsystem, security subsystem and parking lot management subsystem. Having been tested in practical uses, the third party plug in integration technology is proven to be highly general and cost effective. It can be used to improve the overall management capability of an intelligent building automation system, and will set the trend in industrial applications.
