摘要
溢流式染色机由投布、加药、升温染色、降温固色和漂洗等多道工序组成,每种染色工艺分别配有不同的温度控制曲线(程式)。多种染色程式预先下载到PLC中,由上位机根据需要进行程式选择。本文提出一种通过分析闭环系统的阶跃负载扰动作用下输出波形的特征值,采用模糊算法对PID调节器参数进行自整定,最终实现不同程式的自动跟随。现场实验表明该系统运行的可靠性和高效性。
The technological process of spilled-dyevat is composed of putting in cloth, adding dyestuff, heating dye-liquor, cooling dye-liquor and rinsing. Each process stage has different temperature control curve (dyeing formula) . In advance many dyeing formulas are set in PLC. The monitor computer chooses different formula according to different technological process. In this paper the fuzzy arithmetic is adopted, and the control parameters of PID are tuned automatically depending on the features of the closed-loop transient response caused by load disturbance. The different dyeing formulas are realized in real-time. This control system is reliability and efficiency by being tested in scene.
