摘要
本文介绍了PLC和变频器在圆锯变频传动控制系统中的成功应用,着重分析和说明了系统控制方案和软硬件结构的设计思想。实际运行表明本系统功能强、性能好、可靠性高,对于工业企业实现相关机床的改造具有较高的应用和参考价值。
This paper introduces the successful application of PLC and frequency converter in circular saw VF driving control system. The focal point is on the analysis and explanation of the control scheme and the structure of software and hardware. Practical application shows that the system has many advantages in function, performance and reliability, which is valuable for machine tools improving.
