摘要
该文以H -H理论为基础 ,结合了最新离子通道的研究成果 ,对L -RPhaseⅠ心室肌动作电位仿真模型进行了改进。根据MATLAB仿真结果分析 ,该模型比较完善 ,因为它不但具有较高的去极化速率 ,并且可以仿真和细胞外钾浓度有关的细胞电生理特征。
Based on H-H formulation, the Action Potential Model we presented in this article has incorporated recent experimental findings of ion channels. We referred to the L-R Phase I Ventricular Cardiac Action Potential Model to set up our model, and certainly had made a modification according to our MATLAB emulation result. It shows that the new model is relatively perfect, because this model not only has higher depolarization rate, but also can be used to emulate the electro-biological characteristics of K+ concentration outside cells.
