本文以MSProxy为例,根据代理服务器的功能和特点,结合企业单位专线上网的实际要求,提出了一种对上网实现定时、定量控制的较为通用的方法。

In this paper,a general way to control connecting to Internet based on time and flow is given.This way is sutiable to various needs of companies which connect Internet via a special line and totally based on proxy server.Detail implement is illustrated in example of MS Proxyserver.
