摘要
合理的水价是南水北调工程顺利实施的前提,本文从系统仿真的角度出发,在考虑既满足还贷要求,又满足居民和工企业承受能力要求的前提下,利用计算机仿真技术,通过设定不同的经济条件和参数来进行水价的模拟仿真计算,进而求出最优的水价序列。
The reasonable water price is the precondition of the successful implementation of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. This paper, from the system simulation point of view, at the condition of considering both the payment and the supportability of inhabitant and industry, using the computer simulation technology, goes on the simulated calculation through designing different economic conditions and parameters, and then seeks for the best water price series.
