摘要
讨论了滚齿运动误差的来源,建立起描述该误差变化规律的数学模型,采用了最小二乘参数估计算法,并有效地解决了数学模型的非线性问题。提出了在数控滚齿加工中进行误差采样和实时补偿的方法。仿真结果和实际应用表明,该补偿方法有效、实用。
This paper discusses the source of movement error in gear hobbing process, and it is established a mathematical model for description of the error rule. The least square parameter estimation is adopted, and the nonlinear problem of the mathematical model is solved. Two methods of error sampling and error compensation in the process of gear hobbing are given. The simulation and practice application show that the compensation method is efficient and practicable.
