试论在民族地区实施素质教育

由应试教育向素质教育转变，是我国教育改革的一项重要内容，民族地区也面临着同样的问题。本文论述了在民族地区实施素质教育的紧迫性以及如何全面地在民族地区实施素质教育。文章认为，在民族地区教育的特殊情况和条件下，首先应从转变观念、改变教育体制、增加教育经费、建立评估机制，以及发展地方特色等方面入手，才能顺利实现由应试教育向素质教育的全面转变。

Abstract This article discussed the urgency of carrying out quality education in national and poor regions, and also reviews how tocarry out it widely in the national regions. The article expounds how to carry out the quality education under the specdalposition and condition. The article says that it is a import content to transform examination education into quality education inChina's educational reform. The national regions also face the same problems. I hope this article could have some inspirationfor the educational development in the national regions.
