Establishing New Mechanism Fit for Vocational Technical Education

本文综合运用了管理学、经济学、价格学及市场营销学有关原理 ,论述了在教育的转机建制过程中必须以新思维构建职业技术教育运作的新机制 ,必须大胆探索职业技术教育的多种运作方式 ;并就如何扩大有效生源、选择市场定位策略、教学中心转移、教育观念转变等实际问题提出了可供操作的对策。

Based on the principles concerning management, economics, price, marketing, this paper discusses the establishment of a new mechanism to fit vocatiaoal technical education as the educational subjects are changing. The paper believes that investigation should be made into variety of operation patterns. Some strategies are offered including enrollment expansion, choice and positioning of market, transition of teaching centre, change of educational concept etc..
