摘要
在凡口铅锌矿采用的尾砂充填或尾砂胶结充填采矿法中,由于充填骨米为分级后的粗粒级尾砂,其产率和利用率低,致使充填料严重不足,加之传统尾砂充填混合料浆的离析和水泥流失现象严重,因此,必须寻求解决这些问题的新途径,而开展高浓度全粒级尾砂胶结充填新工艺及其装备的研究正是为了这一目的。本文系统地介绍了这一新工艺的流程和工业试验情况,并对充填质量和经济效益进行了分析与评价。
In Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine,tailings or cemented tailings are used for filling. Since the filling aggregates are usually classified tailings,its production rate and utilization rate are quite limited. Moreover, separation of cement and tailings in the fill slurry results in cement loss, leading to severe inadequacy of fill supply. Therefor, a new approach mest be sought to tackle these problems. A new technology of cemented filling with high concentration and corresponding equipment unclassified teilings are developed and offer solutions to these problems. The technical process and field industrial tests of this new technology are described in this paper. The filling quality and economic profits are dis cussed and evaluated.
