摘要
新发展起来的金属氧化物系电致发光材料具有化学稳定性高和光谱色纯度好 ,并易于得到三基色等诸多优点。系统总结了氧化镓、镓酸盐和硅酸盐等金属氧化物电致发光材料的最新研究成果 。
Metal Oxide phosphors have recently attracted much attention for electroluminescent flat panel displays because of the higher chemical stability, better spectra characteristic and the variety of materials availity. In this paper, newly developed oxide electroluminescent materials, such as gallium oxide, gallates and silicates, have been reviewed. The approach to improve luminescent performances and to explore new oxide luminescent materials has been discussed.
