摘要
采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了FeCoNi SiO2 合金颗粒体 ,利用透射电子显微镜 (TEM )观察了嵌在SiO2 母体中的合金微粒体的形貌 ,利用X射线衍射 (XRD)确定了样品的相结构 ;用振动样品磁强计 (VSM )测定了样品的各种磁性参数。特别是详细研究了制备条件和合金含量对材料的磁学性质的影响。还研究了合金中的Ni含量对材料的磁学性质和合金微粒晶格常数的影响。
FeCoNi SiO 2 granular alloy solids have been prepared using a sol gel method. The shapes and sizes of alloy particles embedded in the SiO 2 matrix were determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The crystal structure of the alloy particles was determined by X ray diffraction (XRD). The magnetic parameters were measured by the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). In particular, the dependence of preparing condition and the alloy content in the samples on their magnetic properties was studied in detail. In addition, we studied influence of the Ni content on the magnetic properties and the lattice constant of alloy particles.
