摘要
在十六烷基三甲基溴化胺 /正辛醇 /水 (CTAB/C8H17OH/H2 O)微乳液中 ,选择合适的微乳液配比 ,水合肼为还原剂 ,常温下制得了粒径为 6~ 8nm的Pt粒子。研究了微乳液的形成条件和水含量对Pt粒子粒径大小的影响。在不同温度下 ,以He为保护气体 ,热处理Pt粒子后表明 :10 0℃时 ,XRD峰中有表面活性剂CTAB存在 ,2 0 0℃时未见杂质成分 ;温度升高到 3 0 0℃ ,Pt粒子XRD峰变尖变窄 ,这意味着Pt粒子开始出现晶粒长大。为避免Pt粒子长大 。
In the system of microemulsion cetyltrimethylammonium bromide/octanol/water(CTAB/C 8H 17 OH/H 2O), by choosing a suitable ratio of surfactants, cosurfactants and water, hydrazine as reduction agent,Pt nanoparticles with size of approximately 6~8nm were prepared at room temperature.The ratio of CTAB/C 8H 17 OH/H 2O for the formation of microemulsion and the effect of adding water on size change of Pt particles were discussed. After heat treatment of the nano Pt particles at the different temperature under pretection of He gas, it shows that surfactant peak presents in the XRD pattern at 100℃. At 300℃, the peaks of nano Pt particles exhibit sharply and narrowly. This means that it was necessary to control the treatment temperature for preventing the grain growth of Pt particles.
