摘要 介绍宝钢三期工程建设中开发的细晶粒高强度钢P4 6 0NL1在应用于氧气球罐之前 ,所进行的焊接裂纹试验研究和球罐运行三年后的开罐检查。试验结果表明 :P4 6 0NL1钢不仅具有良好的抗冷裂纹能力 ;而且对再热裂纹不敏感。采用GJB6 0 6RH焊条建造的该钢球罐 ,经三年运行后开罐检查证明 Two parts of work about fine-grain high-strength steel P460NL1A developed for construction of the Third-term Projects of Bao Steel were introduced in this paper.First,welding behavior of P460NL1A was studied by weld cracking experiments before it was used in spherical vessel containing oxygen.Second,vessel-opening inspection was performed after 3-year running of this oxygen vessel.Results of weld cracking experiments showed that P460NL1A steel had great capability of resistin cold cracking as well as reheat cracking.And results of vessel-opening inspection suggested high quality of the joints in the whole spherial vessel soldered with welding rod of GJB606RH.
