摘要
总结带压堵漏技术在氯乙烯装置上近两年来的实际使用情况 ,对不同的腐蚀介质、不同工况下的不同堵漏方法进行了统计、比较。通过实践证明这些堵漏方法是行之有效的 ,在带温、带压下消除了泄漏 ,保证了生产连续进行 。
The actual application of leakage fixing under high pressure, or high temperature for VCM plant was summarized.The situation under different chemical media, such as utility, corrosive, flammable etc, under different process condition was discussed.The statistical result of different methods used in the process was given out.It can be used as the reference of the similar facilities.
