铸铁件消失模铸造充型速度测试及主要影响因素

摘要 通过完整的试验装置及计算机数据采集系统测试了铸铁件消失模铸造的充型过程。通过正交试验研究了不同工艺因素对充型速度影响的程度,并对主要工艺因素的影响规律进行了分析。结果表明,各因素对铸铁件消失模铸造充型速度影响程度的大小顺序为:真空度、模样密度、浇注温度、直浇道高度、模样厚度、涂层透气性、内浇道尺寸。 The filling velocity of lost foam iron casting was measured by use of an integrated set of experimental equipment and a specially designed computer acquisition system. The influence of some processing parameters on filling velocity was investigated by orthogonal experiments. And the relation between the filling velocity and some main processing parameters was analyzed. The results showed that the significance sequence of processing parameters by which the filling velocity was influenced was as follows: vacuum degree, pattern density, pouring temperature, metallic static head, pattern thickness, coating permeability, and ingate size.
