摘要
针对液压机制造企业的特点和CAPP的需求 ,建立了集成化的CAPP系统体系结构 ,运用成组技术对零部件进行分类成组 ,采用混合式工艺决策方法 ,开发出适应于液压机产品制造企业的CAPP系统 ,实现快速工艺设计的目的。
Aiming at the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise of hydraulic pressure machines and the requirements of CAPP,the system structure of the integrated CAPP is set up.Classifying the parts by GT and adopting the hybrid process decision making method,the CAPP system adapting to the manufacturing enterprise of hydraulic pressure machines is developed to realize the past process design.
