摆动活齿内齿圈齿形误差测量方法研究

Study on the method for measuring the gear profile of internal gear of movable teeth drive

分析摆动活齿传动关键零件—中心轮内齿圈的成形原理和加工方法 ,探讨测量中心轮内齿圈齿形的原理和方法。采用三坐标测量机测量内齿圈齿形 ,并求解出内齿圈齿形误差 ,证明其加工原理是可行的。

On the basis of analyzing the principle of forming and manufacturing method of the gear curve of the internal gear,which is the important part of movable teeth drive,the method and principle of measuring the gear curve of internal gear are studied in this paper.The gear profile of internal gear is measured by three coordinate measuring machine,and the gear err of internal gear curve is calculated,the result showed the method of manufacturing was practicable.
