摘要
本文指出了国内链条炉运行中存在的几个突出问题,详细分析了导致这些问题的根本原因,提出了用活动炉拱代替传统的固定炉拱以改善燃烧和煤种适应性的新构想,并介绍了活动炉拱的结构实现方法,分析了活动炉拱的优越性.本文对燃煤工业锅炉的设计、节能新产品的开发和旧炉的改造具有较大的借签意义.
In this paper,we pointed out the typical problems existing in the operation of chain-grate boilers in our country,analyzed in detail the reasons for the above problems,put forward a new idea that a rotatable arch can replace a fixed arch to improve combustion and coal adaptabilty,and then introduced the method of realizing the rotatable arch structure.This paper might be helpful to the design of industrial boilers,the development of new products and the in- novation of old-fationed boilers.
