摘要
希氏束电图在心脏类疾病诊断中具有重要的参考价值,但由于其幅值极其微弱,体表检测难度大,迄今在临床上未能得到广泛应用。为此,我们研发了一种逐搏体表希氏束检测仪,克服了目前检测方法的不足。论文介绍了该检测仪软件组成,并针对软件设计中重点解决的问题加以阐述。实验分析与临床诊断结果基本相符,显示了较满意的临床实用性。
His-purkinje signal is important to diagnose on cardiogenic illnesses. His-purkinje signal is very difficult to be detected from bofy suface because it's very small and is not used widly in clinic as yet. A beat to beat detecting instrument of body surface His-purkinje singal has been developed in order to get over the shortcomings of detecting methods at present. The article introduces the costitute of the detecting instrument's software and gives details on the software main points. The approximate consistency of experimental analysis and diagnostic results indicates the content clinical praticbility.
