摘要
运用液体泡核沸腾的导热—蒸化机理,对底部加热热力学性质进行了理论和实验研究.证明了底部加热壁面材料热物性的综合数(λρc)_s是影响沸腾换热的重要因素.本文提出了一个考虑表面热物性效应的计算泡核沸腾换热的新准则公式:Nu=A·(Gr·Pr)^(1/3)
This paper investigated the thermal physical properties of heating F both theoretically and experimentially by using the conduction-evaporation mechanism of liquid bubble boiling.The re- sults showed that the combined parameter (λρc)_S of the thermal physical properties of the surface material are important factors which influence the nucleate boiling heat transfer.A new correlation accounting for the effects of heater wall material properties on nucleate boiling heat transfer was proposed:N_u=A·(Gr.Pr)^(1/3)E^mK^n.
