基于纹理方向整体分布特征的台风自动识别方法 被引量:1

摘要 为实现卫星云图上台风的自动识别 ,提出了一种基于纹理方向整体分布特征的台风云系图象自动识别方法 .通过引入矢量矩的概念来表征图象纹理整体分布规律 .该识别方法采用全局搜索方式 ,将一窗口在整幅图象上滑动 ,首先计算出窗口图象内各点的纹理方向 ,进而得出窗口图象的矢量矩 ,将矢量矩与阈值比较来判断整幅图象是否为台风云系图象 .实验结果表明 ,该方法能够识别不同类型和不同发展阶段的台风云系图象 ,能够很好地将台风云系与其他干扰云系区分开 。 In order to auto recognize typhoon on satellite pictures, an algorithm is proposed in the paper, which is based on the character of layout of texture direction. The texture direction of typhoon in the satellite pictures disposes with obvious character. A new conception named vector square is introduced to measure the character of texture direction of an image. The process of how to calculate the vector square is presented in detail. According the algorithm, a small window is slid throughout the image, at the same time, the texture direction of every pixel in the window and the vector square of the window are worked out. The size of the sliding window can be adjusted automatically to cope with various typhoon images. Compared the vector square with the threshold, it is clear whether or not it is a map of typhoon. The threshold of vector square would be adjusted according the intensity of typhoon to enhance the adaptability of the algorithm. The result proved that the algorithm is accurate and widely available, which can recognize typhoons in different types and phases.
