摘要
对爪极的结构进行了改进,在获得描述双曲线型极爪断面的爪极函数基础上,从解析和数值两方面对极爪进行了较深入的分析与计算.对各个参数和系数进行了优化处理后,它的漏磁系数大大降低,约为1.06,使效率远高于现行国内外的爪极电机.为爪极电机的工程设计提供了理论依据.本文除了分析和确定了爪极电机各部漏磁的解析式,同时,在数值分析中采用边界元素法,将计算数值与解析法的数值进行了对比,得出了较为理想的结果,与实际产品电机间的误差约在8%以内.
The construction of the claw-pole is improved.On the base of obtaining the pole function describing the hyperbola pole section,the pole leakage is analysed and calculated in detail with both analytical and numerical methods.All parameters and data are optimized.Consequently, its leakage coefficient is greatly reduced to about 1.06 and the exciting power is lowered in large scale.The efficiency of this electric machine is much higher than that of the same type machine at home and abroad.This has laid a theoretic basis for the design of this kind of machine.In addition to analysing and determining the analytic formulas of all leakages the boundary element method has been introduced to evaluate the numerical solution.Through combining the formulas with the numerical results, we have got an ideal solution, i.e., the errors between the leakage values measured in a machine and those obtained through the formulas and numerical method are under 8%.
