摘要
从制造企业的商业模式的角度出发,分析了制造企业的传统商业模式及其固有缺陷,总结了适应于全球化经济环境的制造企业的商业模式的创新与转型的方法及其优势,在此基础上对中国制造企业的商业模式转型和创新提出了建议。
From the view of business model of manufacturing enterprises, the paper analyses its inherent weakness, and sums up the ways and advantages of innovations and transformation of business model for manufacturing enterprises to survive and develop in increasingly complex global business environment. Based on the analysis, suggestions for innovations and transformation of business model for Chinese manufacturing enterprises are given.
