摘要
分析了交叉功能小组成员的选择与培训的重要性,提出了集成与协调机制对QFD的影响模型,描述了绩优小组的特征及小组成员的选拔条件,并给出了一些选拔的方法;最后分析了QFD培训的内容。
In this paper, the importance of selection and training of cross-functional team members is analyzed and an impact model of coordination and integration mechanics on QFD presented. The characters of outstanding team and qualification of both team members and team leader are described and some selection methods presented with the analysis of the contents of QFD training.
