小波分析在印刷机故障诊断中的应用

A Wavelet Analysis and Its Application in the Diagnosis ofthe Printing Press

本文介绍了小波变换的原理及在印刷机故障诊断中的应用,利用小波包分析了其机械传动系统的故障。结果显示,同傅里叶变换和傅里叶变换(STFT)相比,小波变换及小波包变换是更有效的印刷机故障诊断方法。

This paper introduces the theory of the wavelet transform and application in the diagnosis of the printing press and analyzes the printing press mechanical transmission faults by using algorithm of wavelet pocket. Results shows the wavelet pocket is a more efficient method in comparison with fourier transform and short fourier transform in the field of printing press fault diagnosis.
