风机消声器设计及使用中几个问题的初探

本文主要探讨了风机消声器在实际设计与使用中的几个有关问题:气流温度、气流含尘量、消声器安装位置。结果表明:气流温度很高时,对消声器消声量影响非常大;在气流含尘量较高条件下使用的消声器时,为保证其使用效果应改变其设计结构;消声器安装位置不同,降噪效果也不同。

This paper is mostly discussed a few questions of the muffler in practical designing and using:air stream temperature,dust burden,the setting place of the muffler. The result indicated:if the air stream temperature is very high,its effect to the muffler is very great;when using the muffler in very high dust burden condition must change its structure;different setting place correspond different drop in the noise level.
