摘要
介绍机组蒸汽激振的机理和特征、国外超临界压力机组高压转子低频振动和近年来国内若干大型机组高压转子汽流激振引起的低频振动的分析和现场处理情况,归纳总结引起该类振动的主要因素和我国在发展超临界压力机组中应采取的对策。
This paper describes the mechanism and feature s of steam-excited vibration of steam turbines,gives out some on-site anal-y sis and trouble-shooting cases of HP rotor low-frequency vibration of supercri tical pressure steam turbines abroad and large size steam turbines in recent ye ars at home ,and summarizes the main factors resulting in such vibrations and t he countermeasures needing to be taken in developing supercritical pressure stea m turbine-generator unit in China.
