摘要
等离子点火技术可实现煤粉锅炉无油点火和低负荷稳燃。介绍等离子点火装置的工作原理和系统组成及采用该技术在佳木斯发电厂410t/h烟煤锅炉机组上的实验和应用情况。结果表明,等离子点火系统性能稳定、能实现机组无油点火及低负荷稳燃,经济效益显著,达到工业应用条件。
Plasma ign it ing technology can be used to realize ignition and steady-state combustion at l ow load of pulverized coal-fired boilers without oil-firing aid.This paper b riefs the working principle and system configuration of plasma ignition device as well as the experiment and application situation of this technology in the4 10t/h bituminous coal-fired boiler in a Jiamusi Power Plant.The results sho w that,the performance of plasma ignition system is stable,the ignition and s teady-state combustion at low load of boiler without oil-firing aid can be re alized,and the economic benefit is remarkable.This technology can satisfy the industrial application requirement.
