摘要
对厂外原因导致T核电站失去外部电力事件的可靠性进行概率评估。考虑核电站接入电力系统后与系统间的相互影响,指出厂外原因导致核电站失去外电源的3个事件:(1)主网稳定破坏;(2)计划检修与故障重迭,导致4回联络线全部不可用;(3)飓风导致断线倒塔,使4回联络线全部不可用。给出这3个事件的计算方法和定量计算结果,并给出提高可靠性水平的措施。
The probabilistic ass es sment of loss of offsite power for T nuclear power plant (TNPP)is evaluated b y reliability engi-neering method.TNPP is connected to external power system b y four lines and they are interdependent.Three categories of the events,which may cause loss of offsite power for TNPP,are considered in the paper:(1)Lo ss of power system stability;(2)Un-availability of total links between TNPP and four offsite power supply lines caused by simultaneously scheduled mainten ance and forced failures;(3)Unavailability of total links between TNPP and f our offsite power supply lines caused by severe weather(main-ly are big winds ).The calculation methods and results of these three events are provided.Some measures are proposed to improve the reliability of system.The conclusions ar e valuable for operation stability of power system and safety assessment of nuc lear power plant.
