摘要
对一类集中参数非线性转子碰摩行为进行了数值仿真,获得了各种响应解形态,同时获得了两类混沌路径,即拟周期进入混沌路径和混沌运动突发到周期运动路径。以数值分析结果为基础开展试验研究,观测到的响应形态与仿真结果定性一致。最后,对碰摩故障的振动特征进行了总结并提出了相应的辨识方法,这些结果对工程实际具有一定的参考价值。
Rub-impact behavior of lumped-parameter nonlinear rotor is simulated and various response solutions are obtained. In the meantime, two kinds of chaotic routes are observed including the route of quasiperidic motion entering chaos and that of chaos entering periodic motion abruptly. On the basis of numerical analysis, experiment observation has been performed and the observed results are consistent with those from simulation qualitatively. At last, vibration characeristics of rub-impact fault are summarized and the corresponding identification methods are presented. The above results for rub-impact rotor are of great significance to the effective diagnostics of the rub-impact fault of a rotor system.
