摘要
:为了对电机自动装配线上的故障进行正确有效的诊断,基于其工艺流程,运用模糊逻辑与专家系统知识,利用Visual C++以及Visual Foxpro作为编程工具,作者开发了用于装配线的故障诊断模糊专家系统(简称FES),该系统包含用户接口、知识库、推理机和历史记录数据库,采取模糊前向基于规则推理策略,并能根据可信度预测故障严重性。
In order to diagnose correctly and effectively the faults of an automated motor assembly line. Basing on its working flow, utilizing knowledge about fuzzy logic and expert system, adopting Visual C++ and Visual Foxpro as programming language, the authors developed a fuzzy expert system (FES) for fault diagnosis of the assembly line, which contains user interface, knowledge base, inference engine and history database. The FES adopts fuzzy forward chaining rule-based reference strategy and can predict the severity ponderance of faults according to certainty factor.
