阐述了文化营销的基本内涵,分析了21世纪市场竞争的特点和消费者需求变动的趋势,认为21世纪将是文化营销的时代;指出文化营销这种将文化融入到营销理念中的新潮方式,是营销理论发展新阶段的重要组成部分,它必将在21世纪产生一些新的营销热点。
