摘要
根据轧辊的热胀和冷缩随时间变化规律 ,建立了在线应用的工作辊热凸度预报模型 ,并从理论及实测数据两方面分析了精轧各架轧辊热凸度及其对出口板凸度的影响 ,为板凸度和板形的控制奠定基础。
Based on the rules of roll thermal swelling and cool shrinking with rolling-time,roll thermal crown prediction model is developed,which adapts to on-line computation. The roll thermal crown and its influence on profile are discussed by theory and actuality in the finishing mills, which provides for the profile and shape control.
