摘要
介绍了一种椭圆齿轮传动的结晶器非正弦振动装置。通过运动学分析 ,得到结晶器振动曲线 ,并论述了椭圆齿轮设计中的几个问题。该振动装置已成功用于某厂小方坯连铸线。
A non-sinusoidal oscillation installation of mold that is driven by oval gears has been introduced. The velocity curve of mold is got through motion analysis. Some key problems are described too. This installation is applied successfully in a continuous caster line of a plant.
