分析了渣罐运输车工作机构滑道的常规设计方法及缺陷 ,通过研究渣罐销轴在渣罐运输车滑道中的运动过程 ,得出其运动规律和运动轨迹的数学表达式 ,为多段圆弧滑道的设计找到了理论依据 ,从而提出了与常规设计方法不同的一种全新的设计理念。

Summarizes the tranditional design methods for the chute of dumper arm of slag-pot transfercar,and points out its defects. After studying the motion course of slag-pot pin on the chute of dumper arm of slag-pot transfercar,the law and mathematical formula of its motion trace not only be obtained, but the foundation of the design of multiple-piece arc chute also be gained. Anew kind of design method to design the multiple-pieces arc chute of dumper arm of slag-pot transfercar is put forword,which is different absolutely from the tranditional design methods for the multiple-pieces arc chute of dumper arm of slag-pot transfercar.
