摘要
提出了一种大批量定制(MC)的二维(产品维和过程维)优化模型,对MC的优化方向和优化方法作了较全面的描述,并用实际案例来深刻理解MC的意义和方法。以定制量最少为优化目标,并将产品维的优化分为深度优化和宽度优化,将过程维的优化分为客户订单分离点后移和减少各环节的定制比例。研究表明,MC是一种与制造企业和企业群、设计和过程全面优化相关的,渐进的、不断优化的先进制造系统模式。
A 2D (Product and process dimensions) optimization model for mass customization is presented, and the optimization directions and methods of mass customization are described comprehensively. Furthermore, some cases are used as examples to support the descriptions on the meanings and methods of mass customization. The optimization goal to real ize the lowest customization quantity is presented. The optimization in product dimension is divided into deepness and breadth optimization; The optimization in process dimension is divided into the moving back of customer order decoupling point and cutting down the proportions of customizing radio. Researches show that the mass customization is a gradually optimizing manufacturing system mode related with enterprise and a group of enterprises, optimizing the processes of design and manufacturing.
