摩擦焊接过程电液比例计算机闭环控制系统研制 被引量:16

摘要 根据摩擦焊接过程质量控制需要,在摩擦焊机原有开关控制阀组成的液压施力系统上,增设了压力与流量电液比例控制阀,并配置了相应的计算机测控硬件,在Windows操作系统下采用VC++编制了相应的测控程序,从而建立了摩擦焊接过程计算机电液比例闭环控制系统。静动态测试及应用表明,该系统静动态特性好,可靠性高,实现了摩擦焊接过程中轴向压力的闭环控制、滑台进给速度的开环比例控制,以及主轴转速、轴向压力、轴向缩短量、摩擦转矩(主电动机电流),以及界面温度的实时检测,能够满足摩擦焊接过程闭环控制系统需求,有广泛的应用前景。 For controlling the quality of friction welding process, the computer closed loop control system with electron-hydraulic proportional valves is set up on the base of the primary load system with normal hydraulic valves. The electron- hydraulic proportional valves of pressure and flow are added. The correspond computer hard wares are configured. The control programs are wrote using VC++ on the windows operation system. The applications and tests on the static and dynamic state show that: this control system has good properties on the static and dynamic state, and have a high reliability. The axial pressure during friction welding can be close loop controlled. The moving speed of slipway can be proportionally controlled. The rotate speed, axial pressure, axial shorten, friction torque, as well as interface temperature, can be examined real time. This system could satisfy the need of closed loop controlled system of friction welding, and have a broad application foreground.
