摘要
由于IP电话的成本和价格优势,越来越多的电话业务PSTN转移到了Internet。本文首先介绍基于MGCP的VOIP系统体系结构,然后主要介绍MGCP协议核心部分媒体网关控制器的设计和实现。文中详细描述了一个基本的MGCP呼叫控制过程,它是很多智能网业务的基础。
More and more telephone calls have been shifted from PSTN to Internet due to the attractive cost and price. The paper overviews the framework of MGCP based VOIP system,and then focuses on the design and implementation of Media Gateway Gontrol(MGC) .which is the heart of MGCP. A detailed description of MGCP calling control process is also presented in this paper.
